  • We do not currently make Gluten/ Dairy Free Cakes. Our cakes may contain traces of Nuts and out Fruit Cakes does contain Nuts and alcohol.
  • Our cakes all contain dairy products and vegetable fats. Our cakes keep for five days depending on what cake you order, after delivery.
  • Our fruit cakes last perfectly for months not years, if stored correctly in a cool dry and dark place.
  • Edible Images and sugar models can be put on most cakes
  • Editing and altering may involve extra charges.
  • Handmade sugar models and craft models can quoted separately.
  • Cake toppers and custom made cake toppers are sold separately and need at least 10 working dates notice.
  • We require 15 working days for your sugar models.

  • All our cakes are well packed
  • We deliver cakes within the M25 and neighbouring areas of London. There will be an additional cost with delivery extending out of London and abroad.
  • If your cake is needed for a specific time. We recommend that you pick up a day before or ask for your delivered to you a day before it is required.
  • Any change to delivery address must be notified in writing at least 48 hours before your cake is required.
  • Cancelations of cakes can be made 5 working days prior to the agreed delivery day. Which will result in a partial refund of up to 75% (Wedding Cakes and Bespoke Cakes are not included).
  • Wedding and Bespoke Cakes can be cancelled 6 weeks from agreed delivery day.
  • No refunds will be made for cakes cancelled within 5 working days from the agreed delivery day.
  • No refunds will be made for last minute cake when cancelled.
  • Wedding cakes and Bespoke cakes can be cancelled 6 weeks from the agreed delivery day. 25% refund will be made.
  • No further compensation will be paid.
  • Corrections and repairs to cakes including inscription mistakes can be corrected on the same day in most cases. You are required to give us the opportunity and must let us know of the problem within one hour of accepting your cake.
  • Although we receive very few complaints. We do take your complaint seriously. Some complaints requires picture evidence or a slice of the sponge and further investigation will be carried out.
  • Immediate refunds will not be possible.
  • All evidences must be detailed in writing and photographed before using your cake

EstherFairs manufactures and delivers celebration cakes. The company also has its own product line of cookies, jam and condiments.

Orders: When you place an order, we’ll keep the personal data you give us for five years, so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
